Jimmy Angel Stories

Jimmy Angel was one of those early pilots who was flamboyant and self serving to a point. Jimmy's relationship to us here at CAHS is his Metal Aircraft Flamingo which he landed atop the Falls on October 9, 1937.

The airplane tipped up on it's nose and could not be flown out. His Flamingo is the only remaining example in the world so far as our studies can determine. Click on the story links below to read accounts about this famous flyer.
